The brain child of the late Bob Anderson, The Business Resource Group (BRG) was founded in Johnson City, TN in 1993 by a group of local business owners with a passion for success and an entrepreneurial spirit along with a desire to provide excellent business services. The BRG is a referral group, but with a different set of priorities.

Unlike other networking groups where the primary focus is to pass each other “leads” no matter what, the BRG was founded on the idea that we would be a reliable “One Stop Shop” in the Tri Cities business community for quality business products and services. Each member is carefully qualified for membership in the group thus ensuring a high standard of performance. Thus when a member refers their customer to another BRG member, they do so with the utmost confidence that their customer will be serviced promptly, professionally and ethically.

Membership is limited to one member per category so that there is no confusion as to who should have an opportunity to earn a new customer. There is also an executive committee that is assigned to handle any conflict resolution.

The BRG meets weekly on Tuesday mornings at 8:00, at the Bank of Tennessee, 112 Mountcastle Dr, Johnson City. Not only are we interested in servicing the business community, but we also take an active interest supporting our charitable community.
